Rosie Kitson is Chief Impact Officer of Havas UKI where she drives the sustainable transformation of the group and its agencies. Prior to joining Havas, Rosie was Head of Strategy at Mindshare where she co-designed the original ChangeTheBrief initiative, and the blue-print for GroupM's decarbonisation strategy 'Mission Zero'.
